Product Description

Kit includes: 1) Canon 200EG Back Pack; 2) Precision Design 57-inch Photo/Video Tripod. ♦ Canon 200EG Back Pack includes: Removable dividers; Canon USA Warranty. ♦ Precision Design 57-inch Photo/Video Tripod includes: Nylon Carrying Case. ♦ Made from rugged, water-repellant nylon, the Canon 200EG Back Pack will easily hold your camera, lenses, flash, and other accessories, while allowing you to keep your hands free for uninterrupted shooting. The interior features padded compartments with adjustable padded dividers, enough to safely hold two camera bodies, and up to six lenses or other large accessories. The interior also features two mesh zippered pockets, perfect for storing small accessories such as lens filters, memory cards, batteries or film. This backpack also contains a large zippered compartment on the front of the bag, as well as a flexible webbing that is designed to hold a light jacket or extra shirt. Both sides of the backpack feature a small accessory pocket, and padded back and shoulder straps ensure comfort even when carrying heavy loads. The Canon 200EG Back Pack comfortably holds the following camera models with lenses and accessories: Digital Rebel XT, XTi, XS, XSi, T1i, and T2i; EOS 5D, 7D, 20D, 30D, 40D, and 50D; EOS 1D Mark II, Mark III, and Mark IV; EOS 1Ds; EOS 5D Mark II. ♦ The Precision Design 57-inch Photo/Video Tripod extends up to 57" and folds down to 22". Its quick-release camera plate allows switching from tripod-mounted to hand-held shooting in just seconds. The 3-Way Panhead pans, tilts and flips. ♦ Using a tripod can be a lot of fun because it lets you get in the picture for self-timer shots. A tripod becomes necessary when using a telephoto lens, or for doing macro-photography, or when you are shooting portraits and want to frame the photo just so, or for slower shutter speeds, or . . . whenever you want the sharpest photograph possible.

3.0 out of 5 stars OK bag but be careful!, October 8, 2007

This review is from: Canon 200EG Deluxe Digital SLR Camera Back Pack Case + Precision Design 57-inch Photo/Video Tripod for 7D, 5D, 60D, 50D, Rebel T3, T3i, T2i, T1i, XS Digital SLR Cameras, Lenses & Binoculars (Electronics)
While the bag is nicely designed and has worked well be very cautious of the main compartment zipper placement. with the zippers both placed at the top of the bag it can easily open when snagged on something, spilling the contents on the ground or in my case on the concrete. This bag is also difficult and a bit awkward to carry.

Good materials but not the best bag for more than a beginner.

3.0 out of 5 stars Awesome bag, bad built, August 5, 2007

This review is from: Canon 200EG Deluxe Digital SLR Camera Back Pack Case + Precision Design 57-inch Photo/Video Tripod for 7D, 5D, 60D, 50D, Rebel T3, T3i, T2i, T1i, XS Digital SLR Cameras, Lenses & Binoculars (Electronics)
The bag when I first got it, was the perfect bag. Fits everything perfectly. And your camera goes in without taking lens off... But after having it for about a year, the bottom flat piece started to stick out and stab me in the back. And out of no where one of the straps came off, ripping out a hole in the compartments. Also, the netting inside, I keep extra AA's and eventually the netting ripped loose.

For the money, it's an awesome bag. But if you take a lot of photos and move around a lot it may get worn out after a while.

5.0 out of 5 stars Essential bag. Flimsy tripod., September 27, 2010
Amazon Verified Purchase( What's this?)
This review is from: Canon 200EG Deluxe Digital SLR Camera Back Pack Case + Precision Design 57-inch Photo/Video Tripod for 7D, 5D, 60D, 50D, Rebel T3, T3i, T2i, T1i, XS Digital SLR Cameras, Lenses & Binoculars (Electronics)
This camera bag is spectacular. There is room for 3-5 lenses, memory cards, batteries, in addition to a full size SLR with a 300mm telephoto lens, mounted with room for more. I could even strap a light tripod to either side with the included straps. On a short hiking trip, all of my equipment stayed put and was easily accessed when I needed it. I like to put a water bottle in the outer rear webbing.
The included tripod was laughable, as I expected it to be. I don't trust it with my SLRs, but wouldn't worry about a compact camera. It made a great gift and even had its own zippered carrying bag.
